Test a custom input to verify an edge case (e.g. empty lists, negative numbers, duplicates).
This bug belongs to the type errors pattern
Totals that concatenate, sorts that put 10 before 9, comparisons that refuse to run.
What went wrong: max compares text letter by letter, like a dictionary. "9" comes after "10" because "9" comes after "1".
The fix: return max(values, key=int)
Remember: numbers stored as text sort like words. Convert them, or use key=int.
The pattern behind it: type errors.
