This is a type errors bug
Totals that concatenate, sorts that put 10 before 9, comparisons that refuse to run.
reverse() is a list method, and strings do not have it, because strings are immutable and cannot be reversed in place. The AI borrowed a method from the wrong type, which is one of the most common mistakes in generated code: it looks right because the name exists, just not on this object. For strings, slicing with a step of -1 (word[::-1]) builds a reversed copy. When you see AttributeError: 'X' object has no attribute 'Y', check which type actually owns the method you are calling.
The pattern behind it: type errors.
