Test a custom input to verify an edge case (e.g. empty lists, negative numbers, duplicates).
This bug belongs to the type errors pattern
Totals that concatenate, sorts that put 10 before 9, comparisons that refuse to run.
What went wrong: total_seconds is a method on timedelta objects, not an attribute. Calling int(delta.total_seconds) attempts to cast the function itself.
The fix: Invoke total_seconds as a method with parentheses: delta.total_seconds()
Remember: In Python datetime.timedelta, total_seconds() is a method, while days and seconds are attributes.
The pattern behind it: type errors.
