Test a custom input to verify an edge case (e.g. empty lists, negative numbers, duplicates).
This bug belongs to the logic errors pattern
The wrong operator, an inverted condition, a formula the right way round but backwards.
What went wrong: Python 3 uses banker's rounding (round-half-to-even) where 2.5 rounds down to 2 because 2 is even.
The fix: Implement round-half-up using math.floor: math.floor(rating + 0.5)
Remember: In Python 3, round() rounds .5 to the nearest even number, not upwards.
The pattern behind it: logic errors.
