Test a custom input to verify an edge case (e.g. empty lists, negative numbers, duplicates).
This bug belongs to the logic errors pattern
The wrong operator, an inverted condition, a formula the right way round but backwards.
What went wrong: Array.prototype.flat() defaults to a depth of 1, leaving arrays nested deeper than 1 level intact.
The fix: Pass Infinity as the depth parameter to flatten all levels: categories.flat(Infinity)
Remember: In JavaScript, array.flat() only flattens one level deep by default.
The pattern behind it: logic errors.
